On June 18, at 9:00 a.m., a drawn down test began to access roadway and drainage problems in the Isle de Mai subdivision in Fernandina Beach. According to a flyer sent to residents, the outcome of the test will help determine “the best long term solution” to deal with the elevated groundwater. The test will be completed in 60 days.
