January 7, 2020CONGRATULATIONS to Captain David Bishop who is celebrating 31 years with the FBPD. Captain Bishop has worked in almost every position within the FBPD and is currently assigned to the Operations Bureau where he manages Patrol and the Beach Ranger program

Captain Bishop has been a stalwart member of the FBPD providing great support to other officers and staff, as well as active in the community in a variety of programs. Congratulations on your service.
