An executive session to discuss the long-standing impact fee lawsuit scheduled for 4:00 p.m. today was cancelled. A host of attorneys were scheduled to appear including City Attorney Tammi Bach; litigation counsel Arthur I. Jacobs and Tyler Stubbs; Susan Churuti with Bryan Miller and Oliver; and Attorneys Thomas Constantine, Douglas Brown, David Shelton, Brian Hayden from Rumberger, Kirk, & Caldwell.
According to City Attorney Tammi Bach, “The attorneys for [the] City are not finished with their work in preparation for this Attorney/Client Session, so we will reschedule in the near future. No date set for future meetings.”
