dar-officersThe Amelia Island Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution has two new officers for the 2016-2017 season. Lynn Leisy (R) is now First Vice Regent, replacing Maggie DeVries, who moved to Charleston during the summer. Carol Elefterion (R) fills Mrs. Leisy’s former position of Second Vice Regent. Chapter members contribute an average of over 5,000 volunteer hours and over $4,000 in scholarships and awards each year.
