Guns and Hoses raise money for local United Way Agencies

Guns and Hoses Team Both1 CropThe 2nd Annual Guns & Hoses charity softball game between the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office (Green) and Fernandina Beach Fire Department (Red) took place on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the Ybor Alvarez Softball Complex. Once again the Sheriff’s Office was victorious and remained undefeated.

Guns & Hoses Dunk 2However, the big winner was the United Way and the local charities within our community, as all the funds raised will stay right here in Nassau County. Thanks to all who came out to support this great event and also to those who dunked the Sheriff in the dunk tank..
