Fernandina Beach City Commissioner Chip Ross is also a medical doctor who specializes in Emergency Medicine.  He works part time in the Baptist Nassau Emergency Department.  The Baptist Health System has made the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine available for their health care workers.  Yesterday morning Ross received his first dose of the vaccine in Jacksonville.  He will need to return in 3 weeks for the second dose.

Dr. Ross says, “I urge all citizens to continue to socially distance, wear a mask, and continue good hygiene.”
