9/4/20 @ 8:50 a.m. – Please be advised that beginning Monday, September 7, 2020, Owens Farm Road will be closed for a culvert replacement project. The work will be performed by Jax Utilities Management, Inc., and is expected to be completed by October 2, 2020. Detour routes will be in place place for the duration of the job.
