Florida Department of Health
August 20, 2020

Editor’s Note:  There are 540 cases in Nassau County Zip-Code 32034,  an increase of 6 over yesterday.

Nassau County Emergency Management:In addition to the 24 cases added to DOH-Nassau’s workload today, it is with great sadness we have to announce another CoViD-19-related death. The patient was an 86-year-old female. Our deepest sympathies are extended to her family and friends.

Please continue to follow the guidance provided for preventing the spread of respiratory viruses – infection with the Novel SARS-CoV-2 can be very serious in some people, regardless of their age or anything else. We have residents from under one year old up to 101 years old, including plenty of otherwise healthy 20-to-50-year-olds, who have been infected with CoViD-19. Infection control practices matter.”

Luke 8:17 “For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. “

George Orwell “The biggest form of lie is omission.”

What these stats are not telling us is how many people had this virus, got over it, and never even cared. Respiratory flu like illnesses are part of life. The only things I have noticed different the last 6 months is a bunch of misplaced hysteria and over the top control measures.

Maybe better times are coming. Maybe people will wake up to how large corporations influence our government to enrich the few at the expense of the many. Ten term congressman Ron Paul calls it “Corporatism.”

What does not kill you makes you stronger. Immune systems need to stay in regular contact with bacteria and germs. Our immune systems need practice. That is what the experts say except for the ones who are connected to Big Pharma.
