Two additional directives have been issued to lower the flags as follows:

Passing of U.S. Senator Dole
Flags shall be flown at half-staff through sunset on Thursday, December 9, 2021, in honor of Robert Joseph “Bob” Dole who passed away on December 5th. He served the U.S. for almost 80 years, as a soldier, public prosecutor, state legislator, and U.S. Senator. The Proclamation issued by President Biden can be located here.
