In response to a public information request Fernandina Beach City Manager Dale Martin has provided the Fernandina Observer with the signed agreement which will allow the Sounds On Centre concert series to continue in its traditional location and time for the 2019 concert season. City Special Events Coordinator Mary Hamburg reports that the actual permit will be issued the week of the event following her receipt of the required insurance documentation, which is the usual practice. The agreement is provided below in order to quell any remaining anxieties generated by premature and false claims on social media that the city had cancelled the concerts.
