Residents in the affected area will receive a sticker on their cart.
Recycling routes are being changed in one neighborhood near Fernandina Beach High School.
A normal Tuesday pickup will now be collected on Friday. Residents in the affected area will receive a sticker on their cart. This change will begin Friday, January 14.
