March 1, 2022The Seaside at Amelia boardwalk (off Jean LaFitte Drive) will remain closed for the month of March, as well, to allow for continued improvements.

Replacement of the handrails was to take a weekend……. That was how many weeks~~months ago? All fenced off and zero work being done for weeks! Humm the City must have started a study! No, wait the City Engineering department is coming up with a $500,000.00 study/plan. Really folks. Tear it apart then let it sit for months. Sounds like a Gobernment job project to me.
