This is Steve Minahan. This week, Steve is celebrating 20 years with the Fernandina Beach Police Department. Steve started as a communications officer and then became a communications supervisor. Several years ago, when we merged our communications services with the NCSO, Steve transitioned into the role of Police Services Coordinator.
In his position Steve works to keep various systems up and running, he makes repairs to electronic equipment, keeps track of statistics, liaisons with the NCSO and about 110 other things that keep the FBPD running smooth and in the right direction.
Steve – CONGRATULATIONS on 20 years of service and here is to hoping for many more!
