City offices will be closed Monday, January 17, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. A parade organized by the Elm Street Sportsman Association will take place on Monday beginning at noon. The parade will begin at the Peck Center (510 S 10th Street) and will follow the normal parade route (Ash to 2nd to Centre). Come out and support!
