Colliers International Northeast Florida Facilitates 14,400 SF Retail Lease in Fernandina Beach Lease will bring new retail and grocery to Five Points Plaza
Matt Entriken and Robert Selton of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the landlord in a lease agreement for 14,400 square feet of retail space at Five Points Plaza, located at 814 Sadler Road in Fernandina Beach.
The tenant, Dollar Tree, has taken occupancy of the space and will relocate its Amelia Island store to Five Points Plaza later in 2018. The new lease will expand the store’s footprint by approximately 5,000 square feet, which will allow the store to sell grocery items in addition to its other retail products.
“We are proud to welcome Dollar Tree as the junior anchor of Five Points Plaza,” said Entriken, Executive Vice President of Colliers International Northeast Florida. “The addition of an established retail brand will bring new activity to the center.”
The junior anchor space at Five Points Plaza has been vacant since Stein Mart closed in February 2014.

We are frequent shoppers at the current Dollar Tree where parking is easily available. Our concern is the new location has more restrictive and limited parking. Time will tell.
