Fernandina Beach City Clerk Caroline Best has advised that the letter below rescinding the City of Fernandina Beach’s support for OHPA’s RAISE and PIDP grant applications have been sent:
The deceitful actions of Mr. Ragucci are beyond the pale. It will be a lesson for the City Commission to never endorse another party’s project until you know all the details. Sadly, the City’s reputation for playing nice often comes back to haunt them when others take advantage of the reputation.
