How is it that the City plants maple trees, bu when a developer submits landscaping plans, maple trees have no credits? Thus maples are not planted.
Was this submitted to the city arborist for a reply? I’d like to know. I thought the ocean oaks were the most hardy local trees with great canopy year-round.
