City of Fernandina Beach presents awards to outstanding employees

City Manager Dale Martin presents Outstanding City Employee of the Year award to IT employee Mary Hamburg (L)  and Outstanding Department Director of the Year Award to Comptroller Pauline Testagrose (R) at the City’s annual recognition event.  The recipients were named based on nominations from department directors.
