Fernandina Beach Comptroller Pauline Testagrose delivers a Budget Report to the Fernandina Beach City Commission (FBCC) each month. Because September is the last month of the Fiscal Year, the report provided to the FBCC at their October 20, 2020 Regular Meeting represented a preliminary report. All data needed to close out Fiscal Year 2019/2020 is still being processed. Testagrose’s report is provided below.
