City of Fernandina Beach Notice

The City of Fernandina Beach will commence construction of an ADA accessible dune crossing on Beach Access 6N on April 13, 2022.
To minimize impacts into the existing dune system, the work will involve installation of a walkway entrance ramp on Ocean Avenue, eliminating 2-3 vehicle parallel parking areas. The existing dune crossing will be closed to the public during this construction for approximately two months.
