Amelia Island Writers present Multi-Genre Writing

Tuesday, Sept. 27, 4-6 p.m., Story & Song Bookstore, Amelia Park in Fernandina Beach, Fla.

Special guest is George Weinstein, Director of Atlanta Writers Club and Atlanta Writers Conference. Published in multiple styles of writing, George is joined by Julia McDermott, local multi-genre author, who relocated here from Atlanta. Moderating the program is bestselling author, Madeline Martin. They will discuss their inspiration for writing successfully in several styles, as well as mixed genre, which is gaining popularity with readers. Working with an agent as a writer of multiple categories, publishing, and marketing of their work are among the points covered. A selection of their books will be available for purchase. Drawings will be held for several books and prizes. This program is open to the public. Amelia Island Writers is a chapter of Florida Writers Association.
