AIBCares, a new philanthropic arm of Amelia Tavern, is teaming up with the Fernandina Beach Police Foundation for a fund-raiser in support of the police foundation’s many community service programs.
The event will be a spaghetti dinner Aug. 1, 5 PM to 8 PM, at the Alley next to the tavern. Patrons have a choice of spaghetti and sauce ($13) or spaghetti with meatballs ($16). They come with a side salad, a roll and a drink. Dine-in or take-out.
Tickets are available at the police department, 1525 Lime St. (checks only) Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5 PM or the First Port City Bank Fernandina Branch, 1890 S. 14th St, (cash or check) Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:40 PM.
