Consider the following based on the number of COVID deaths reported by STATE Departments of Health to the CDC.
On July 16, 2021, when vaccines were approved for everyone 16 years of age or older the total number of COVID deaths since the beginning of the pandemic in FL was 38,891 compared to 63,598 in CA.
Yesterday, the number of total deaths to date was 67,910 for FL and 83,033 for CA. Since the availability of vaccines for the 16+ population, FL added 29,019 deaths compared to 19,435 in CA. But you need to take into account the current population of CA is 39.5 million while that of FL is almost half (21.5 million). If you normalize for population (assuming the number of people in each state was the same), FL could have expected 53,314 deaths post vaccine availability to CA’s 19,435.
Baptist Medical’s numbers demonstrate you are 50 times more likely to be hospitalized if you are not FULLY vaccinated (including a booster). This is not propaganda from either political party or ideological persuasion. These are your local health providers, people who may be your family or neighbors, who shop in the same stores you do, who worship in your churches. They have no other agenda other than to keep you as safe as possible in these trying times. Please listen to them.
Mr. Martin, your response is half true. If you were a smart man you would understand there is a difference between a virus and a disease. Even if scientists initially hoped the vaccines would deter infection, they now realize the ultimate value of the vaccines is their PROVEN ability to keep infection (CORONAVIRUS) from becoming a debilitating and sometimes lethal disease (COVID-19). This is not the exception but the rule. Most vaccines help us fight the negative effects of viruses when they are present in our system.
As for your comment on ivermectin. Appendectomies have been an approved procedure for much longer than human use of ivermectin. But that does not mean a doctor would prescribe one for a heart problem.

Perhaps altering one’s genetic code in order to produce a strain specific spike protein to ward off a constantly mutating coronavirus is an exercise in futility. But hey, is isn’t like they didn’t tell us this whole Messenger RNA “vaccine” program is EXPERIMENTAL.

In the past month, I have had 9 friends that have tested positive with Covid19. Some were vaccinated and others were not. Ages were 5 – 75 years of age….NONE WERE HOSPITALIZED AND NONE DIED!!!! In fact, a comment made by both, vaccinated and unvaccinated, was, “If I didn’t know it was Covid19, I would have thought it was a bad cold.” So, IMO, the pandemic is over – wake up people!! Stop living in fear.
