We often highlight the work of our police officers, but here are two of our employees who work hard every day to support our officers. Steve Minahan is our Police Services Coordinator and Danny Young is our IT Systems Administrator.
They are both assigned to our Support Services Bureau and work behind the scenes to keep our communications system, computers, body cameras, in-car cameras, building access system and anything else electronic working. Heck, just the other day they had to replace the batteries in the Chief’s flashlight.
With today’s technology, there is a lot that goes into keeping the Police Department operating and moving forward. We appreciate all they do to keep the “systems” working.
