  • Understanding Grief –  September 7, 2021 at 10 – 11 a.m. (Online Session)

Find help and hope after experiencing the loss of a loved one at our free Understanding Grief presentation. You will learn how to identify normal grief responses, identify helpful coping skills and understand the importance of self-care in the grieving process.   • Advance Care Planning: Nassau County Council on Aging  – September 14, 2021 at 9 – 10:30 a.m. (Online Session)

It is important to think about what matters most to you and decide how you would want to live in the event of a serious or sudden illness. To live life the way you want to live, you’ll have to make two critical decisions before it’s too late. Honoring Choices Florida, is a free program that will show you how document your wishes and share them with your family members to ensure your wishes are honored.
