8/16/21 @ 9:30 a.m. – In case you missed it!

In February 2021, we issued a Press Release about a new software, Asset Essentials, that the County is now utilizing to streamline maintenance requests. This software allows residents to submit maintenance requests for county facilities and/or parks, as well as maintenance requests for roads, drainage, or bride issues, through our official website, www.nassaucountyfl.com.

This cloud-based computerized maintenance management software prioritizes, schedules and manages tasks and also allows technicians to monitor and track work orders on-the-go utilizing a mobile application. The most exciting feature of the software is the ability for residents to monitor their work order, beginning to end. All you have to do is create a user account and you will receive email updates as your work order progresses through the system.

Attached is a step-by-step guide that will help you in creating your account and submitting work orders.

If you have any questions, please contact Administrative Coordinator, Raven Jones, at (904) 530-6120 or via email at [email protected].
