Earlier today, Mr. Hubel presented Chief Mark Foxworth with a commemorative badge recognizing the upcoming 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States. On 9/11 of this year, Chief Foxworth plans to wear this badge to honor the first responders who sacrificed their lives so others could live.
