This morning, we were joined by City commissioners, officials, family, & friends, to celebrate the promotion of three of our department members.
Chief Ty Silcox spoke to attendees, acknowledging the significance of the bugle as used throughout the history of the Fire service, & as the uniform symbol for an officer. City Clerk Caroline Best administered an oath of office to each individual, & each was pinned by a significant person in their life.
