City alerts residents that Yard Debris pick up delayed due to Tropical Storm Elsa

Yard waste volume is heavy due to Tropical Storm Elsa. The crew will more than likely deviate from their regular collection routes this week and into the following. Staff is working diligently to ensure all residential yard waste & storm debris is collected. Thank you for your patience.
