Nassau County Emergency Management:
As of April 26th: 124 Nassau County residents have died as a direct result of CoViD-19.
26,854 Nassau residents are completely vaccinated. 6,367 still need their second dose of the two-dose series. There are plenty of CoViD-19 vaccines available. All approved CoViD-19 vaccine has been proven to save lives and reduce transmission. The vaccine is much safer than the disease.
