All ages 5 yrs. and up (children & adults) can be tested for COVID-19 at the drive-through diagnostic testing event!
Saturday, November 14th from 8:00 am – 10:00 am MLK Center
(1200 Elm St. Fernandina Beach, FL 32034)
• Limit of 100 tests-first come first serve!
• Youth or Parent/Guardian photo ID is requested
• In the event of rain, the status of the event will be announced via Nassau EM
page by 7:30 am
