Let’s show America what a great place Fernandina Beach is for everyone!

To learn more about the show and watch an episode, go to www.hbo.com/were-here.

We’re Here on HBO is casting locals living in small towns for season 2!

In the series, Shangela, Eureka, and Bob the Drag Queen take a fresh look at life in small town America by working with townspeople to put on a once in a lifetime drag show. The goal of the drag performance, and the series as a whole, is to spread a message of love and inclusion, to uplift those who might otherwise feel like they don’t have a voice, and to show that the people who live in rural America don’t fit into any set stereotype.

When the queens hop into their trailers and hit the road, your town could be next. Tell us where we should go!

We’re seeking people living in small town America who have compelling stories to tell. We want to speak with you if:
• You’re up for the experience of a lifetime
• You’re looking to be your most authentic self
• You want to share your experience as part of the LGTBQ+ community in your town
• You’re struggling to have an important conversation with a loved one
• You’re searching for mentorship of any kind
• You’re straight and want to be an ally of the LGBTQ+ community

Please go to https://wereherehbo.castingcrane.com/ and answer the questions to the best of your ability, as we want to get to know you!

The more detailed information you provide for us, the better. If you have questions or need assistance filling out the application, please contact us at [email protected]

If you know someone who would benefit from being on We’re Here, encourage them to apply! Anyone and everyone is eligible for the show!

The glorification of the abomination of Gods plan. And we are to celebrate this?

Amazingly, not everyone holds your beliefs. So yes, I celebrate any human who is able to feel good about themselves. If you believe God is perfect and God made us all….maybe you need a lesson in REAL Christianity.

God is perfect and God created us all. John 3:16, the Word of God “ The Bible” clearly states, God hates sin but loves the sinner, each and everyone of us. For we all have fallen short of the Glory of God. The Word of God, “ The Bible “ clearly defines what sin is and isn’t, take the time to read the Word to understand what real Christianity means and why we as a body of believers will not celebrate this.

Not everyone believes in Christianity! There are many World Religions. Some don’t believe at all. This Country allows us all to practice each Individuals religion, or not! Don’t judge others based on your own religious choices. That actually goes against your own Christian beliefs. Have a kind heart towards all. Love will always win over hate!

I can’t call myself a Christian and cast judgement upon others! Drag is about celebrating the freedom to be who you are. As the mother of a gay son, I can promise you he didn’t CHOOSE it! He was definitely born gay and God made no mistake when he made him. One thing that I know is that God is LOVE and I was blessed enough to have a child and I will love him unconditionally. WE LOVE THE QUEENS AND WHAT THEY STAND FOR! I want to celebrate being my authentic self and so should everyone else.
