Fernandina Beach legend honored

Today, October 10,  the Atlantic Recreation Center was officially named after Fernandina Beach legend, Ms. Joan Bean.  Mayor Johnny Miller surrounded by members of the Bean Family attend the event held at the Atlantic Avenue Recreation Center.
