Update: This morning the chain saw structure headed down the river from the Port of Fernandina. We thank Chuck Maier for keeping us informed.
Editor’s Note: This photo will go down in the history since it will most likely be the last time a cruise ship docked due to a pandemic, and a giant chain saw structure will ever be docked together at the Port of Fernandina. The structure will be leaving soon to begin its work to disassemble a cargo ship that overturned near Sea Island, Georgia.
