Sparky the Fire Dog & Officer Hopps have been self-isolating for a few weeks now, & they are ready to get out & about! So, this Sunday, April 19th, beginning at 10:00 A.M., they will be riding around town & through neighborhoods to say hello to you & your family.
Here’s the plan:
1.) Downtown & Peck Center area (around 10:00)
2.) Old Town & Highland Drive area (around 10:15)
3.) North of Main Beach (around 10:30)
4.) Women’s Club area/Ocean View & Sound (around 10:45)
5.) South of Jean LaFitte/Citrona/Amelia Park (around 11:00)
6.) Lake Wood/Arbors of Amelia/Egans Bluff N (around 11:15)
7.) First Avenue (around 11:30)
8.) 14th Street & Amelia Road (around 11:45)
9.) Clinch Drive area (around 12:00)
10.) South Historic District (around 12:15)
Times may vary slightly, so please bear with us!
We also ask that you maintain an appropriate social distance from Sparky, Hopps, & our personnel. Although they are excited to see you, they will not be able to exit the vehicle or have direct contact with any bystanders at this time. Thank you for your cooperation! #SparkyandHoppsontheLoose
