“In an effort to assist our community during the current health concerns, the City of Fernandina Beach is suspending disconnects for nonpayment until further notice. We encourage you to pay your bill by the due date if you are able. However, if you need more time to pay we offer payment extensions. Our customer support will continue as normal with Customer Service Specialists available at (904) 310-3400 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you are limiting public exposure during this time, you can view your account and make online payments at www.fbfl.us with a Visa or MasterCard . An online account registration guideline can be found on the Utility Billing home page. You can also make payments over the phone, mail in a check or money order, make electronic payments – schedule your payment online through your bank or E-Pay service, or setup Automatic Withdrawal from a savings or checking account (application available online).”
