Editor’s Note: In honor of the Right Whale Festival being held at Main Beach, we thought we would share a photo local artist Joe Winston sent us months ago. Joe moved to Amelia Island in 1994. He is a designer, ceramic artist, and painter who never stops drawing or taking photos. He can be found on the beach or in Egan’s Creek around sunrise or sunset. We thank Joe for his contribution to the Fernandina Observer.
