PLANNING OFFICES CLOSED

In an effort to work as a team and push through the final testing phase of EnerGov, the Planning and Conservation Department will be closed Wednesday-Friday, November 14-16. The office will also be closed on Monday, December 3- Friday, December 7 for data entry into the new system. Additionally, the office will continue to be closed on Wednesdays (11/21 and 11/28). The finish line is within sight as we are preparing for the new system to “Go- Live” on December 11th.

DIGITAL REQUIRED

We have gradually eased into digital applications over the past couple of years. Following go-live ALL incoming planning applications will be paperless and electronic submission of materials will be required. We are prepared to help applicants with submitting materials in a digital format.

DECEMBER BOARD MEETINGS ARE CANCELLED

As part of our strategy to focus on the new ERP implementation, planning staff will not be accepting applications for any board business in December. All board meetings will be cancelled, with one exception for TRC. There will only be one scheduled TRC meeting in the remainder of the 2018 calendar year on Thursday, December 13. All cancelled meeting agendas will be posted accordingly.

THANK YOU!

We appreciate your continued patience and support as we work to make these process improvements. The new system is expected to provide a greatly enhanced level of service and additional reporting capabilities. Thank you again for your assistance. We are looking forward a smooth transition into the new system and a productive 2019 for everyone.
