Congratulations Nassau County Fire Rescue!

Nassau County Fire Rescue Wins 1st Place

The 4th Annual Guns & Hoses Event was held on Saturday, January 27th. The event featured bounce houses, food trucks, games and four exciting softball games. To start, the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office and Fernandina Police Department faced off on field one and Nassau County Fire Rescue and the City of Fernandina Beach Fire Department on field two. Nassau County Fire Rescue and the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office both won their games, and the losing teams, Fernandina Beach Police Department and Fernandina Beach Fire Department played for 3rd place. FBFD beat FBPD with a score of 20-2. NCSO and NCFR faced off for the championship game and NCFR won with a final score of 10-9.
