Girl Scouts of Gateway Council (GSGC) announces Girl Scout Cookie season is officially underway. Girl Scouts are currently taking orders through their Digital Cookie websites.

Girl Scouts will begin selling door-to-door in neighborhoods beginning Friday, Jan. 26. This year, Girl Scouts will be selling with cookies in hand for immediate purchase, eliminating the need to place an order and having to wait several weeks for delivery.

Cookie Booths, staffed with area Girl Scouts outside of local grocery stores and other businesses, will begin Wednesday, Feb. 7.

This year’s cookie lineup includes classic favorites, like Thin Mints® and Samoas®, and the return of S’mores™, a crunchy graham sandwich cookie with a chocolate and marshmallowy filling which is the most popular flavor to launch in the 101 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies.

Most Girl Scout cookies are $4 per box; S’mores and Toffee-tastic are $5 per box. All of the net revenue raised — 100 percent — stays within Gateway Council.
