Senator Bean, who once served as Mayor of Fernandina Beach before being successfully elected to the State House, said “Orlando’s story is that of a modern-day American Dream. He has built a successful business, is raising a beautiful family, and has been committed to serving his community the 10 plus years I have known him.”
