Dr. Koss realizes and appreciates the dangerous work police dogs do and has provided a way for them to be safe. The added layer of protection could very well save these dog’s lives. The vests were purchased by Dr. Koss after he learned that the dogs were not equipped with vests, along with his love of animals and his desire to see them protected.
