Since this meeting is in the late afternoon when a number of people are working, I would hope that a process would also be provided to allow someone to submit to Mr. Baenzinger written comments or a telephone number to contact him by a specified date to provide verbal comments.

Dave: Perhaps you overlooked the editor’s comments, but we did place contact information and a phone number for those interested in calling Colin Baenzinger directly.

Yes, I did miss that in my hurry to read the notice itself. As always, y’all are a step ahead. Thanks. Hope there was a good turnout.

Dave, This seems to be an ongoing theme.City meetings are held too early for many working citizens to attend. I have heard this complaint numerous times. Always wondered why Commission meetings as well as meetings such at this aren’t started at later hours to encourage rather than prevent public input?

I agree with Tony and Dave. While time is not an issue for us, some of our friends and neighbors have expressed concern and dismay at the time of the meetings. Is there a reason they are held so early? If we truly want more people to get involved I think we need to work on this!
