During April 2015, the city issued 270 permits, 29 more than the same period in 2014. This activity brought the city $98,884 in fees. Permits were issued for 5 new homes. The Building official reports that he is working on the implementation of the upcoming 5th edition of the Florida Building Code, effective July 1, 2015.
