Once again the Fernandina Observer will host a candidate forum to be held at Fernandina Beach City Hall, 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22. Larry Myers, who served as legislative aide to State Senator Aaron Bean when Bean was a state representative, will serve as moderator.
You can participate! Please send questions to be asked of all candidates to [email protected] by 6:00 p.m.Monday afternoon, October 21. We wish to compile a list of questions covering a number of topics. Due to time constraints, it may be necessary to limit the number of questions selected.
The candidate forum can be viewed on Comcast channel 264 or at your convenience via live streaming on the city website. Simply go to www.fbfl.us and scroll down to center of page and click on “view commission video.”
Our goal is to provide information directly from the candidates so that voters can be informed voters. The Fernandina Observer does not endorse candidates.
