He created the Finance Coalition that provides training and education for finance colleagues. Love received his certification as an assistant tax collector.
“It is with both joy and sadness that I share with you that our friend and colleague Michael Love will be leaving us late this month. . . It is a joy because someone we have worked with and have been fond of for nearly 10 years is advancing in another organization. It is sad, because it is Michael Love.” says John Drew in an email to staff. “Please join me in wishing Michael the best, knowing that Duval and Nassau County Tax Collector’s and their staff members will continue to support each other and share knowledge. ”
