The Omni Amelia Island Plantation has appointed Debbie Gericke as the new Director of Real Estate Sales and Marketing for Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate. With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Gericke will serve as the top sales manager and broker for Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate. Gericke has overseen more than $1 billion dollars in real estate sales at a variety of luxury communities throughout the southeast, including the Gulf Coast Region of Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.
Gericke’s previous real estate experience includes managing the sales operations for
Pulte Group, Torrey Homes, and UDC Homes in Atlanta, GA. Most recently Gericke
served as director of operations for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in Destin, FL,
the number one independently owned Coldwell Banker affiliate. For the last 11 years
she has overseen 11 offices in the Gulf Coast Region, guiding, training and
motivating management teams to achieve $650 million in sales volume.
