In case you are curious it was the LaRouche Political Action Committee on Sadler Road

It was a “curiosity factor” that caused me to speak to individuals who appeared at Sadler Road in front of the United States Post Office with anti-Obama signs.  Knowing many residents who passed by the group might be curious as well, I will share what I discovered.

DSC00613Visiting us are two members of the LaRouche Political Action Committee. Both travel throughout the country to seek support, and contributions.  Lyndon LaRouche according to Wikepedia is a “controversial political activist.”  (Click here for more information.)

Political paraphernalia is available for those who are interested.  No, the timing of their arrival is not related to the  Amelia Island Concours D’Elegance, but they are delighted they came during a high traffic period.  And finally, they are very pleased with the warm welcome they have received in Fernandina Beach.

Thanks for checking this. I was worried that they were a local group and I would have to organize a counter demonstration. I didn’t want to do that because I am seriously afraid of these crazies.

Thanks for finding out what these folks are up to! Aren’t Larouche people against the entire American government?
