4th Street Deli
4th Street Deli

The Library is going to get a new look, the 4th Street Deli has opened with a great deli menu, and there’s a new owner at the old Taber House. Mrs. Paula Warren and her daughter , Laneya, were visiting Fernandina Beach in August and fell in love with this beautiful old historic building. They bought it 4th Street 2and are in the process of renovating it for a mixed use: residential, retail and restaurant. They are doing a new metal roof and many inside renovations to go ahead with this “pearl” of a property. Mrs. Warren has 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren in Traverse City, Michigan, thus the name, Mimi’s Café seems apt. Keep an eye out for the progress on North Fourth Street.4st St 3
