In order to keep our readership informed, we are providing you with a link to an article printed in the Jacksonville Business Journal on October 3 entitled  “Judge dismisses one count, upholds another in ongoing lawsuit against Fernandina Beach.”

We have not spoken to opposing attorneys on their reaction to the ruling.  According to Fernandina Beach City Attorney Tammi Bach, the Judge’s ruling on the attorney fees in favor of the City makes it “a lot more difficult and riskier for attorneys and clients to proceed.”
